FAQs

What should I expect?

After a brief interview and intake of health history, you’ll be taken through an assessment targeting range of motion, strength, flexibility, mobility and stability. Manual procedures will then be employed to correct your dysfunctions followed by instruction in a home exercise program.

Does treatment hurt?

When dealing with inflamed and/or restricted tissues, it’s common to have some discomfort during and possibly after treatment. This is temporary and a normal part of the healing process. I will work with you to make your experience with me as pain-free and as enjoyable as possible. Jokes and stories are free of charge.

What do I wear?

Athletic wear or workout attire is preferred. You will not need to disrobe, but access to affected areas will be necessary with flexible or loose-fitting clothing. Materials like denim and leather are extremely difficult to work around.

What do I bring?

Other than yourself in comfortable clothing, please bring a form of payment. Cash, personal check, Venmo, credit card or Zelle is accepted.

What are my rates?

All visits are based on $175/hour. Payment immediately following your visit is appreciated.

Can I bring a friend, spouse or child?

Space in the treatment room is limited. If you’d like a spouse or one friend to come with you, that is entirely acceptable. Children under the age of 12 are discouraged as I’d like you completely focused on yourself and your treatment.

How can I thank Tour Health?

The best thank you is telling your friends, family and neighbors and referring them for treatment!
