About

Tour Health is a different approach to traditional physical therapy delivery. No waiting rooms, no assistants, and no fluff. You get one on one custom treatment from your physical therapist for the entire duration of your visit every visit.

After a brief interview discussing your current condition and past medical history, you will be taken through a thorough physical examination targeting movement patterns, mobility, stability, flexibility, strength, balance and range of motion. A comprehensive manual therapy program will then be initiated utilizing techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue mobilization, joint mobilization/manipulation, trigger point release and myofascial stretching.

You will then be given corrective home exercises to maintain gains during your sessions.
