Tour Health specializes in custom treatments for your physical needs. Scheduling an appointment is your first step in recovery from an injury, returning to sport, and improving your function. After a comprehensive evaluation of your physical condition, a treatment plan will be initiated using manual therapy techniques designed to enhance and accelerate your body’s natural healing process.

Techniques such as myofascial release, stretching, percussion therapy, neuromuscular education and joint mobilization are often used to name a few. We also design a home program for you to maintain and advance your gains from treatment sessions.
