COVID-19 Policy
Tour Health is committed to your safety during the pandemic. We are following the strict guidelines set forth by national, state and local agencies and CDC to ensure your safety as well as others while in our office. We are currently taking the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
- All clients and clinicians are required to wear an N-95 facemask while on our premises.
- All surfaces in contact with the client and clinician are cleaned with sterile wipes before and after each visit. This includes doorknobs, treatment tables, therapeutic equipment and hands.
- Clients are scheduled so they are the only client in the treatment room during their visit. The only person you will be in contact with onsite is your therapist.
Please ask yourself the following questions before each visit:
- Have you ever been told or do you suspect you may have COVID-19?
- To your knowledge, have you been exposed to anyone with COVID-19?
- Do you have or have you had any of the following symptoms in the past two weeks:
– mild to severe respiratory illness with symptoms of fever, cough, or shortness of breath? - To your knowledge, have you been exposed to anyone with a respiratory illness accompanied by these symptoms?
If the answer to any of the above questions is yes, then you may not be allowed on-site and we advise you seek an immediate medical consult with COVID-19 testing.
